The Foundation’s goals & objectives are:

• To promote environmental awareness through media presentations and the facilitation and organization of ativities and educational programs.
  
• To expose local environmental challenges and to work towards solutions.
  
• To promote a best practices approach to solving waste management– and environmental challenges.
  
• To save and protect Sint Maarten’s areas and objects of historical, ecological, environmental and/or aesthetic value.
  
• To advocate the protection, preservation, conservation, restoration and study of historical monuments and artifacts on Sint Maarten.
  
• To organize and execute anti-littering campaigns and activities to combat littering and all forms of visible and non visible pollution
